Polka Dot Camel SOPA Giveaway Official Rules

These Official Rules govern the Polka Dot Camel SOPA Giveaway described below. By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Polka Dot Camel LLC, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway, except where prohibited by law.

For purposes of these Official Rules, this promotion may be referred to as the “Giveaway,” “Promotion,” or “SOPA Giveaway.”

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of the Giveaway is:

Polka Dot Camel LLC is referred to in these Official Rules as the “Sponsor,” “Polka Dot Camel,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

2. Event Connection and Festival Disclaimer

The Giveaway is being offered by Polka Dot Camel LLC in connection with Polka Dot Camel’s booth presence at the 60th Annual Denver Greek Festival taking place in Denver, Colorado from Friday, June 5, 2026 through Sunday, June 7, 2026.

The event is scheduled to take place at Assumption Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 4610 E. Alameda Ave., Denver, CO 80246.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Denver Greek Festival, Assumption Greek Orthodox Cathedral, the event venue, the event organizers, any church or religious organization, any festival contractor, any festival ticketing provider, or any other festival-affiliated entity. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway must be directed to Polka Dot Camel LLC and not to the Denver Greek Festival or the venue.

The Denver Greek Festival and the venue are mentioned only to identify the location and context where Polka Dot Camel LLC is operating a booth and making the Giveaway codeword available to booth visitors.

3. Promotion Period

This period is referred to as the “Promotion Period.” Entries submitted before the start of the Promotion Period or after the end of the Promotion Period are void. Sponsor’s computer, server, form system, or other official timekeeping method will be the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

The Denver Greek Festival is scheduled for Friday, June 5 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Saturday, June 6 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and Sunday, June 7 from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Although the festival is scheduled to close at 6:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time on Sunday, June 7, 2026, the online entry form may remain open until 11:59 PM Mountain Daylight Time that same night so that eligible booth visitors who obtained the codeword during the event may submit their entry before the deadline.

4. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. The entrant must be a legal resident of the United States.
2. The entrant must be at least eighteen years of age at the time of entry.
3. The entrant must physically attend the Denver Greek Festival during the Promotion Period.
4. The entrant must visit, approach, or otherwise be present at the Polka Dot Camel booth during the Promotion Period.
5. The entrant must obtain the Giveaway codeword from the Polka Dot Camel booth, either by reading the posted booth signage or by asking a Polka Dot Camel representative.
6. The entrant must submit a complete and valid entry through the official online entry form during the Promotion Period.
7. The entrant must be able to pick up the prize locally as described in these Official Rules.

Employees, officers, members, managers, owners, contractors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of Polka Dot Camel LLC are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family members” means spouses, domestic partners, parents, legal guardians, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, in-laws, and any person living in the same household, whether related or not.

The following individuals are also excluded from eligibility: individuals directly involved in the design, administration, operation, judging, winner selection, or fulfillment of the Giveaway; event organizers; venue management or staff; festival employees or contractors; and other event vendors, exhibitors, or booth operators.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.

5. How to Enter

To enter, an eligible person must complete the official SOPA Giveaway entry form available at polkadotcamel.com or any event-specific URL designated by Sponsor for the SOPA Giveaway.

The entrant must provide all required information, including first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, and the event codeword.

The codeword is available at the Polka Dot Camel booth. No purchase from Polka Dot Camel LLC is required to obtain the codeword. The codeword may be displayed at or near the booth and may also be provided upon request by a Polka Dot Camel representative. A person does not need to buy soap, jewelry, food, merchandise, or any other product from Polka Dot Camel LLC in order to receive the codeword or enter the Giveaway.

The codeword field is used to confirm that the entrant is a Polka Dot Camel booth visitor for this event-specific Giveaway. Entries submitted without the correct codeword, with an incomplete codeword, with a codeword not associated with this Giveaway, or with false or misleading information may be deemed ineligible.

The codeword is not case-sensitive. Sponsor may accept reasonable capitalization variations of the valid codeword.

6. No Purchase from Sponsor Required

No purchase from Polka Dot Camel LLC is necessary to enter or win. A purchase from Polka Dot Camel LLC will not increase the odds of winning. A person who does not buy any product from Polka Dot Camel LLC will have the same chance of winning as a person who does buy a product from Polka Dot Camel LLC, provided that the person otherwise satisfies all eligibility and entry requirements.

Email marketing consent is not required to enter or win. SMS/text message marketing consent is not required to enter or win. Refusing, declining, or later revoking marketing consent will not reduce an entrant’s chance of winning this Giveaway.

Festival admission, parking, food, beverage, merchandise, travel, lodging, mobile data, internet access, and other costs or expenses are not paid to Sponsor and are not part of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any such costs.

7. Entry Limit

Limit one entry per person, one entry per email address, and one entry per mobile phone number during the Promotion Period.

Duplicate entries will be ignored and may be deemed void. Sponsor may determine duplicate entries by using any reasonable indicators, including but not limited to name, email address, mobile phone number, IP address, device information, timestamp, repeated contact information, or other information available to Sponsor.

If multiple entries appear to have been submitted by the same person, Sponsor may count only the first eligible entry received, count only the most complete eligible entry received, ignore all duplicate entries, or disqualify entries that Sponsor reasonably determines were submitted in violation of these Official Rules.

Use of automated entry systems, bots, scripts, macros, form-filling systems, repeated identities, false identities, aliases, or any other method intended to circumvent the entry limit is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

8. Prize

One prize will be awarded. The prize consists of an assortment of handmade olive oil soap products selected by Sponsor, with an approximate retail value of $100.

The prize is soap products only unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, elects to include additional items. Jewelry, cash, gift cards, festival admission, parking, travel, lodging, meals, shipping, taxes, and any other costs or expenses are not included unless expressly stated in writing by Sponsor.

The prize is not transferable, assignable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other product or service. No prize substitution is permitted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize, or any part of a prize, with a prize or item of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize or any component of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

The actual selection, colors, shapes, scents, styles, ingredients, and varieties of soap included in the prize will be determined by Sponsor. The winner may request preferences, but Sponsor is not obligated to fulfill any specific product, color, scent, ingredient, design, or style request.

9. Local Pickup Required; No Included Shipping

The winner must claim and pick up the prize locally. Prize pickup may occur at the Polka Dot Camel booth if the winner is selected and confirmed before the end of Sponsor’s booth operations, or at another local pickup location, event, or arrangement designated by Sponsor.

Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to coordinate a practical local pickup method with the potential winner, but the winner is responsible for timely claiming and receiving the prize.

Shipping is not included. Sponsor is not obligated to ship the prize. If Sponsor agrees, in its sole discretion, to ship the prize, the winner may be required to pay all shipping, handling, packaging, insurance, and related costs before shipment. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, stolen, misdirected, returned, undeliverable, or refused shipments.

If the winner cannot or will not pick up the prize locally, and Sponsor does not agree to ship the prize at the winner’s expense, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner must complete prize pickup within fourteen calendar days after Sponsor confirms the winner’s eligibility, unless Sponsor agrees in writing to a different pickup deadline. If the winner does not pick up the prize within that period, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

10. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. There is one prize available. The estimated odds of winning are one prize out of the total number of eligible entries received.

For example, if 100 eligible entries are received, the estimated odds of winning are 1 out of 100. If 250 eligible entries are received, the estimated odds of winning are 1 out of 250.

11. Winner Selection

Sponsor will select one potential winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will occur on or before Sunday, June 14, 2026. The drawing may occur manually, electronically, by random number generator, by spreadsheet randomization, by Sponsor’s internal giveaway tools, or by another reasonably random selection method chosen by Sponsor.

The person selected in the random drawing is a potential winner only unless and until Sponsor verifies eligibility, confirms compliance with these Official Rules, and confirms the person’s ability to claim the prize.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, duplicate entries, winner selection, prize fulfillment, and all other Giveaway matters are final and binding.

12. Winner Notification

Sponsor may contact the potential winner using any contact information submitted with the entry, including email, phone call, or SMS/text message.

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant consents to receive transactional, non-marketing communications from Sponsor related to Giveaway administration, winner notification, eligibility verification, prize pickup, and prize fulfillment. These transactional Giveaway communications may be sent even if the entrant does not opt in to email marketing or SMS/text message marketing.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor within 72 hours after Sponsor’s first winner notification attempt.

If the potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, fails to comply with these Official Rules, provides false or incomplete information, cannot pick up the prize locally, or otherwise fails to claim the prize, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize may be forfeited. Sponsor may then select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for missed, delayed, blocked, filtered, misdirected, bounced, undeliverable, or unread email, phone, voicemail, or SMS/text notifications.

13. Alternate Winner

If an alternate winner is needed, Sponsor may select one or more alternate potential winners by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Each alternate potential winner will be subject to the same eligibility verification, response deadline, claim requirements, and forfeiture rules as the original potential winner.

Sponsor is not obligated to continue selecting alternate winners indefinitely. If Sponsor is unable to award the prize after a reasonable number of attempts, Sponsor may decide not to award the prize.

14. Verification and Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of eligibility, identity, age, residency, contact information, festival attendance, booth visit, codeword access, and compliance with these Official Rules.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant or entry if Sponsor reasonably believes that the entrant:

• Submitted false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Did not attend the festival.
• Did not visit or approach the Polka Dot Camel booth.
• Did not obtain the codeword from the booth.
• Used the codeword without being an eligible booth visitor.
• Submitted duplicate or automated entries.
• Tampered with or attempted to tamper with the entry process.
• Interfered with the operation of the Giveaway.
• Acted in an abusive, threatening, harassing, deceptive, or unsportsmanlike manner.
• Violated these Official Rules or applicable law.

Sponsor’s determination regarding disqualification is final.

15. Email and SMS/Text Message Marketing Opt-Ins

Email Marketing

The Giveaway entry form may include an optional checkbox allowing entrants to opt in to receive email updates from Polka Dot Camel LLC. Email marketing opt-in is optional. It is not required to enter or win. Refusing to opt in to email marketing will not reduce an entrant’s chance of winning.

If an entrant opts in to email marketing, Sponsor may send occasional emails about handmade soaps, jewelry, festival appearances, special offers, product updates, future promotions, future giveaways, and future quarterly drawings. Any future quarterly drawing or other promotion may be subject to separate official rules, eligibility requirements, entry limits, deadlines, and prize terms.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe method provided in the email or by contacting Sponsor.

SMS/Text Message Marketing

The Giveaway entry form may include an optional checkbox allowing entrants to opt in to receive SMS/text message updates from Polka Dot Camel LLC. SMS/text message marketing opt-in is optional. It is not required to enter or win. Refusing to opt in to SMS/text message marketing will not reduce an entrant’s chance of winning.

By checking the SMS/text message opt-in box, the entrant agrees to receive recurring promotional text messages from Polka Dot Camel LLC at the mobile number provided, including messages about handmade soaps, jewelry, festival appearances, special offers, product updates, future promotions, future giveaways, and future quarterly drawings. Consent is not a condition of purchase or entry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Sponsor will honor opt-out requests as required by applicable law. Transactional Giveaway messages, such as winner notification or prize pickup coordination, are separate from marketing messages.

16. Future Quarterly Drawings

Polka Dot Camel LLC may conduct separate future quarterly drawings, giveaways, promotions, or customer appreciation events. Opting in to email or SMS/text message marketing may allow a person to receive notices about those future drawings. However, opting in to marketing is not required for this SOPA Giveaway and does not increase the odds of winning this SOPA Giveaway.

Future quarterly drawings are not part of this SOPA Giveaway unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise. Future drawings may have their own official rules, eligibility requirements, entry methods, entry limits, deadlines, prizes, winner selection methods, and privacy terms.

17. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state for Giveaway administration, prize confirmation, winner identification, and promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation or approval.

Sponsor will not use the winner’s full name, photograph, video, testimonial, likeness, voice, or detailed personal story for advertising or promotional purposes without obtaining separate permission from the winner.

Sponsor is not required to publicly announce the winner. No public winner-list process is offered, except where required by law.

18. Privacy and Use of Entry Information

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway may be used by Sponsor to:

• Administer the Giveaway.
• Receive and process entries.
• Verify eligibility.
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent entries.
• Contact the potential winner.
• Coordinate prize pickup or fulfillment.
• Maintain Giveaway records.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
• Protect Sponsor’s rights, property, systems, customers, and business.
• Send email or SMS/text marketing only if the entrant separately opts in.

Sponsor does not intend to sell Giveaway entry information. Sponsor does not intend to share Giveaway entry information with the Denver Greek Festival, the venue, or other vendors for their independent marketing purposes.

Sponsor may share information with service providers who assist with website hosting, form processing, data storage, email, SMS/text messaging, security, legal compliance, accounting, or Giveaway administration, but only as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

Entrants should not submit information for another person without that person’s permission.

19. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, or other taxes, fees, costs, or expenses associated with accepting, claiming, picking up, possessing, or using the prize.

Sponsor may require the winner to complete and return tax forms or other documentation if required by law. Because the approximate retail value of the prize is $100, Sponsor does not expect a federal Form 1099 to be required, but Sponsor reserves the right to comply with all applicable tax reporting obligations.

20. Soap Product Disclaimer

The prize consists of handmade soap products. Soap products are for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes. Discontinue use if irritation, rash, redness, discomfort, or other adverse reaction occurs.

Individuals with allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, skin conditions, fragrance sensitivities, essential oil sensitivities, or ingredient concerns should review the product ingredients before use and consult a qualified professional if needed.

Sponsor does not guarantee that any soap product will be suitable for every person, skin type, allergy profile, fragrance preference, or sensitivity. The winner is responsible for determining whether any product is appropriate for the winner or any person who may use the product.

21. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for technical problems, failed transmissions, delayed transmissions, incomplete entries, lost entries, corrupted entries, server errors, internet outages, website downtime, mobile carrier issues, device problems, browser issues, data charges, security filters, spam filters, email blocking, SMS/text delivery issues, or any other technical, electronic, human, or administrative error that may affect entry, winner notification, or prize fulfillment.

If the Giveaway cannot be operated as planned for any reason, including fraud, tampering, technical failure, human error, force majeure, event cancellation, public emergency, natural disaster, internet outage, security incident, platform failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway, or to select a winner from eligible entries received before the issue occurred.

22. Release of Liability

By entering the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor, Polka Dot Camel LLC, its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, successors, assigns, service providers, website providers, hosting providers, messaging providers, prize suppliers, and all persons or entities involved in the development, administration, operation, promotion, or fulfillment of the Giveaway from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, injuries, or causes of action arising out of or relating to:

• Participation in the Giveaway.
• Submission or processing of an entry.
• Duplicate, lost, delayed, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, or corrupted entries.
• Winner selection or notification.
• Acceptance, pickup, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize.
• Product allergies, sensitivities, irritation, or adverse reactions.
• Travel, parking, local pickup, or other costs incurred by an entrant or winner.
• Any technical, electronic, internet, mobile, carrier, server, form, website, data, or human error.
• Any violation of these Official Rules by an entrant.
• Any act or omission of an entrant or winner.

This release also applies to the Denver Greek Festival, the event venue, Assumption Greek Orthodox Cathedral, festival organizers, festival contractors, and other festival-affiliated entities, even though they are not sponsors, administrators, endorsers, or operators of the Giveaway.

23. Limitation of Liability; No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and the released parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or enhanced damages arising out of or relating to the Giveaway, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor’s maximum liability relating to the Giveaway will not exceed the approximate retail value of the prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to every entrant.

The prize is awarded as is and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except any warranty that may be required by law or expressly provided by Sponsor in writing. Sponsor disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

24. Governing Law and Disputes

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Because the Giveaway is being offered in connection with an event in Colorado, Colorado sweepstakes, contest, consumer protection, disclosure, and advertising rules may also apply.

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or these Official Rules must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Entrants waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or other representative proceeding relating to the Giveaway.

Any claim, judgment, or award will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees, and will not include punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, except where prohibited by law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in New Mexico that has proper jurisdiction and venue, unless prohibited by law.

25. Severability; Sponsor’s Rights

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules, resolve ambiguities, determine eligibility, determine whether entries are valid, determine whether duplicates exist, determine whether an entrant has violated these Official Rules, and make all Giveaway-related decisions in Sponsor’s sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that term.
