1. Sponsor and festival relationship
The sponsor and administrator of this giveaway is Polka Dot Camel LLC, 5075D South Pecos Road, 319, Las Vegas, NV 89120 (“Sponsor”). Contact: hello@polkadotcamel.com.
This independent giveaway celebrates the Albuquerque Grecian Festival scheduled for October 2–4, 2026 at 308 High Street SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico. The festival, St. George Greek Orthodox Church, their organizers, venue, and ticketing providers do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or select a winner for this giveaway. Questions about the giveaway should be sent to Sponsor.
2. Entry period
Online entries open September 26, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time and close October 4, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (“Entry Period”). The required codeword is available from Sponsor's booth staff during the festival on October 2–4. Entries must be received before 12:00 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time on October 5. The Sponsor’s server clock determines when an entry is received. Entries received outside this period are not eligible. The random drawing will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026.
3. Eligibility
Open to natural persons who are legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or Washington, D.C. and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories are excluded. Void where prohibited. Sponsor’s owners, employees, contractors, and people directly involved in administering the giveaway, plus their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. No festival admission or purchase is required to enter or win; the required codeword can be requested from outside the festival perimeter. A confirmed winner must provide a deliverable shipping address in the 48 contiguous states or Washington, D.C.; no festival pickup is required.
4. Free method of entry and entry limit
During the October 2–4 festival, obtain the required codeword by asking Polka Dot Camel staff at the booth through the perimeter fence from outside the festival grounds. The booth is adjacent to the perimeter; no ticket, festival admission, purchase, donation, or marketing opt-in is needed to receive the codeword. Staff will provide the same codeword to people outside the fence as to visitors inside. Festival hours are Friday and Saturday, 11:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m., and Sunday, 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time. The codeword is not posted online.
After obtaining the codeword and before the Entry Period closes, visit polkadotcamel.com and complete the online entry form with your first name, last name, valid email address, mobile phone number, and the required codeword. Confirm eligibility and agreement to these Rules, then submit. Every eligible entry has the same chance of winning, regardless of whether the entrant bought festival admission. No purchase or payment to Sponsor is required. Ordinary internet or mobile charges from your own provider may apply.
Limit one entry total per person, email address, and mobile phone number for this giveaway. A purchase or paid admission does not grant extra entries or increase the odds of winning. Duplicate entries may be disregarded. Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified. Marketing email and SMS/text consent are separate and optional; declining them has no effect on entry or odds.
5. Prize, value, and free shipping
One winner will receive an assortment of handmade olive oil soaps selected by Sponsor with an approximate retail value of $100. The assortment may vary in scents, colors, and styles. No cash alternative or transfer is offered; if an item is unavailable, Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater retail value.
Sponsor will ship the prize to the confirmed winner at a deliverable address in the 48 contiguous states or Washington, D.C., with standard shipping paid by Sponsor. No admission ticket, payment, purchase, or shipping fee is required to claim or receive the prize. Sponsor will request the shipping address from the potential winner after the drawing and use it only for verification and fulfillment. Sponsor will not ask for a bank account number, payment card number, or Social Security number to claim this $100 prize. Any tax obligation imposed by law on the winner remains the winner’s responsibility.
6. Odds, drawing, and winner notification
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from eligible entries on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by an individual prize-only email to the address or a phone call to the number supplied on the entry form within 24 hours of the drawing. An entrant may be contacted about this giveaway regardless of optional marketing consent; marketing consent is not required to enter or win.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours after the first notification attempt and provide reasonable confirmation of identity, age, eligible residency, and a deliverable shipping address in the eligible area. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond on time, is ineligible, declines, or cannot provide an eligible shipping address, Sponsor will randomly draw an alternate from the remaining eligible entries and apply the same notification and verification process. The winner is confirmed only after eligibility is verified. Sponsor will ship the prize at no cost to the confirmed winner.
7. Information and optional marketing
Sponsor will use entry information to administer the giveaway, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, contact and verify a potential winner, fulfill the prize, and maintain required records, as described in the Privacy Policy. Email and SMS/text marketing checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. Consent to marketing is not a condition of entry or winning and does not improve the odds. Sponsor does not provide entrant data to the festival or church for their independent marketing.
8. General conditions
All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply. Sponsor may disqualify entries submitted through fraud, tampering, automated means, or violation of these Rules. If technical failure, fraud, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromise the giveaway, Sponsor may suspend or modify it in a manner consistent with applicable law and select a winner from eligible entries properly received before the interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, or not received because of internet, device, or service failures. These Rules do not waive any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
